Important! Please watch out for the link to your child’s part of the questionnaire, which will appear at the end of your part of the questionnaire.
We are recruiting transgender children (5-18) and their parents to participate in an online study to investigate the factors that underlie the mental health inequalities experienced by trans youth. To participate, you will need access to a computer with an internet connection and a keyboard (i.e. not a mobile device such as a phone or tablet; laptops are fine). The study should take around 20 minutes to complete for the parent part, and about 10 minutes for the child part.
Please enter a valid email address above to receive unique links to both parts of the questionnaire: one part is for the trans child, and one part is for their primary care-giving parent. Your email address will be handled securely, and WILL NOT be stored after the email has been sent. The questionnaire will not automatically gather any identifying information, so that your anonymity is protected.
Participation in this research is voluntary. You have the right to withdraw at any point during the study, for any reason, and without any prejudice.
